Exchange
We accept returns for exchange within 15 days of receipt for the following reasons:
1.Shipping errors.
2.Damaged goods.
3.Dissatisfaction(like the style)

Conditions of exchanges
1.Items returned for exchange with a verified quality issue or shipping error, will be replaced and reshipped at our expense.
2.Items returned for exchange for reason of i do not like the designer handbags style, i changed my mind, etc.. are subject to $29 reshipping fee. Customer is also responsible for return shipping fees.
3.Items must be NEW and UNUSED(and have all tags, dustbag.bag box etc..)included in return package.
4.Any items that have a claim of defect will require pictures of the issue before an RMA is issued. This is simply to verify and prevent a hold up when the designer handbags are received on our end.

Conditions of refunds
1. Item(s) being returned for refund will be subject to a $29 deduction from refund since we pay the shipping charge to  ship out the new designer handbags.
2.Item(s) must be NEW and UNUSED (and have all tags,dustbag, etc..) included in return package.
3.Please allow 2-3 business days for refund to be issued once item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued in the same form of your payment,just less the restocking fee $29 from your original payment.
In order to return your products , please contact us and include the following information:
Your full name
Order number
A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
The reason for the return of the products

We will reply promptly and instruct you where to return your designer handbags. Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a replacement or refund.

We can't offer you the refund if we found that the bags are defectived by customer on purpose.
We don't accept the refund if u use the products in uncorrect way.
We will not refund if we have not received the items you returned .So you may need to provide the tracking number in time.
 

Order cancellation
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the bags has been dispatched.Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 12 hours after orders placed, so please check your email often after you place the order. We will send you the order confirmation ,tracking number and some other details.
